Best thing since sliced bread

Seriously, this stuff is awesome.  Let me first start off by saying I love peanut butter.  I can eat it out of the jar with a spoon.  I eat it on apples, bananas, crackers, bread, celery.  My favorite cookies have peanut butter in them.  I would pay double for a Reeces PB cup.  I think I made my point.  So, I can't tell you how excited I was to try PB2 made by Bell Plantation.  This product is powdered peanut butter.  Yes powdered.  You add one tablespoon of water to two tablespoons of the powder, then stir.  The reason I was so excited to try PB2 is because they have removed 85% of the fat calories without adding any chemicals.  There are no preservative in PB2 either.  It also comes in a chocolate peanut butter flavor that really tastes like dessert!  Yum... So let's compare.  PB2 with 1.5 grams of fat per 2 tablespoons or Jiff, Skippy, or any natural peanut butter with 17+grams of fat per 2 tablespoon serving.  Yeah, my taste buds and my booty thank you!
Try the regular flavor
Or if you really want to treat yourself, try

Job interview

I just had an excitingly scary job interview.  I have no idea if I'll get the position, but they considered me enough to interview me, which is the best I've gotten in over a year.  My position would be training elite ski and snowboarders in Vail, Co.  It would be so amazing!  I have always wanted to do this.  But... I would be leaving my home in Lawrence.  I love our little town house.  It's so cozy and we've started our garden, bought a ton of new furniture, put pictures in every single room.  It is starting to become home.  Plus, I have to leave my beautiful niece!  Should I wait to start freaking out after I know if I'm accepted??
YIKES!

Bachelorette Party

This weekend was my best friend's bachelorette party in Kansas City. We had so much fun. I didn't exactly show my wife skills this weekend, but I did put my creative/baking skills to work making penis cookies!
After we partied at the MOH's house we hopped on the penitentiary party bus and headed for Power and Light.  At this point we had enough to drink, but we were heading to the bars anyway.

I think my old alter ego from college, Floppy, came to play because Sunday I discovered bruises all over my back.  And I'm pretty sure it wasn't from Amanda's favorite new toy, the tickler...

I have a feeling if Amanda and Ryan's wedding is anything like this party was, we will have an awesome time. I think I will have recovered in a month when I attend my other bestie's bachelorette party.  Look out Chelsea!

Purple tears!

The NCAA College Basketball Tournament is well underway. If you haven't filled out a bracket, you're fired! My bracket is so screwed that I don't think there is any way it can recover. The good thing is, we bet 10 bucks and a free dinner for the winner. So I think my pocketbook will be able to handle the loss. Yesterday was tough on my bracket picks. I think I picked one team right, with two huge failures. I had both Pittsburg and K-state advancing! The K-state loss was a heart breaker. J Pull played his heart out. He became the all-time leading scorer in Kansas State history and matched his personal best high score. It was a physical game with a few Wisconsin players left bloody and beat up. In the press conference after the game, Pullen was asked some emotionally loaded questions. Frank Martin pretty much put the reporter in his place. I want Frank Martin on my team! I still love my Alma Mater and my Cats! Go State!
