While I believe everyone should get exercise everyday, I honestly hate telling people they need to get to the gym and sweat for 1 hour everyday. I don't do that, but I do get up every morning and begin my day with a few key yoga poses that help me achieve a good balance. I also try to be active during the day. This might include walking to and from the grocery store, running on the beach, swimming, or trying a new activity like paddle boarding, tennis, or scuba diving.
My advice for anyone trying to get more exercise is to find something you love and that brings you peace and strength.
