Wednesday = Fruit Day

I love going to the grocery store on Wednesdays because this is the day our local supermarket gets their shipment of fresh fruits and veggies.  Since my brother has been here, I have gone to the grocery store at least 3 times a week.  This kid can EAT!  Today, I found this huge piña 

and couldn't wait to get it home to make a yummy fruit salad.  

I will have to look up other fun pineapple recipes before this bad boy rots.

Along with the pineapple, I made my black bean salsa.  The boys and I are going to enjoy it along side a nice fresh salad and grilled chicken breasts.  YUM!
